Alice M Shileche is the ICT Manager for Rafode Microfinace Limited. She is responsible for actualization of RAFODE’S vision of empowering and dignifying communities by leveraging on Information Communication Technology (ICT) to manage its operation efficiently and which enables it to scale rapidly in rural areas as it delivers better service to clients.Alice has over five years’ experience in information technology in the financial sector having worked as the ICT Manager in Rafode limited. She holds BSC in Business Information Technology ( BBIT) and Higher diploma in IMIS.
